Uncommon. Contents a little tanned as expected, covers clean. The first three printings (September-December 1964) were international copies for export (mostly Canada). All are scarce. These are identified by purplish blue title lettering. The fourth printing onwards has green-blue lettering. From the comprehensive archive assembled by Jon Gilbert, with pencilled ownership. His encyclopaedic guide to the works of Ian Fleming (2012) won the 16th Breslauer Prize for bibliography. Item #75207
