Publisher's black cloth-effect paper over boards, lettered in gilt, pictorial dust-wrapper illustrated by Richard Chopping, priced at 15s. Contents clean, page edges a little spotted/toned, ink name to endpaper, jacket rubbed, with some soiling and small chips to extremities. An inexpensive copy of the true first edition, without the usual faded red lettering. The first selection of James Bond short stories, which was followed by 'Octopussy and The Living Daylights'. This collection includes 'For Your Eyes Only' and 'From A View to a Kill' and 'Quantum of Solace', all of which were adapted as part of the 007 movie series. Item #74919
