'Licence to Kill' is bibliographically complex; the UK-printed trade edition was published in April 1989 (with cancelled title). A 'Collector' edition (blue cloth) and 'Signed Limited' edition (burgundy cloth) followed in May, both these cloth versions being printed in America with integral title pages and representing the FIRST AMERICAN HARDCOVER EDITION.
