Carefully dark stored by ourselves since publication. This edition marked 'Not for resale', with no printed barcode or price to rear cover. The book was distributed free with copies of The Times newspaper on Saturday 17th May 2008. The promotion was conceived as part of the Ian Fleming Centenary and the foreword is by the late Peter Janson Smith, literary agent to Ian Fleming. This is the first time these two short stories had appeared together in a single, separate volume; Octopussy was originally paired with The Living Daylights. Item #74465
