Publisher's red cloth in dust-jacket, as per the trade edition, but with a signed limitation page and housed in a custom-made 'cigarette packet' style flip-top box with alternative metallic red titles (the 'indies' edition has white titles). Issued exclusively for Waterstones Booksellers, this copy is mint in unopened shrinkwrap (thus the actual edition number can not be determined). A small limitation for the high street chain of book shops, these originally retailed at £100 and were sold out within days. Item #74132
