An informal instruction manual from one of the masters of the game; his earlier volume 'How to play Your Best Golf All the Time' was cited by Ian Fleming in both his James Bond novel 'Diamonds Are Forever' and his sporting article 'Nightmare Among The Mighty' [a.k.a. 'Golfing Nightmare']. Fleming was a student of the game and an accomplished player; in his final year he was Captain elect at the prestigious Open Links club, Royal St. George's, Kent. This copy is from the comprehensive archive assembled by Jon Gilbert (pencil signature within).
