The UK Pan edition was published simultaneously (Gilbert, p.463). Signet Books' series P3200 (being the second issue). Pp.126 + [2] advertisements. Publisher's illustrated softcovers with original price 60c to upper panel, all edges tinted red. Gently toned as expected. A near fine copy. Vintage James Bond paperbacks are uncommon in this condition. From the collection of Ian Fleming bibliographer Otto Penzler, purchased by ourselves at Swann Auctions in 2010, with a printed book label and pencil note to that effect. Penzler's Mysterious Press, New York, published books by the James Bond continuation novelists John Gardner and Jeffery Deaver. Item #72820
