From the collection of Jon Gilbert (pencil ownership within), used while writing his bibliography of Fleming, who had written a controversial volume on the oil-rich Gulf state of Kuwait (1960). Fleming's commissioned book was rejected by his patrons and remains unpublished to this day. Item #72423
