An eight-page stapled brochure providing cast and credits, film story and advertising. Together with four-page synopsis. Fine condition throughout. Singapore Prisoner-of-War drama directed by Bryan Forbes, starring George Segal, Tom Courtenay, James Fox, Denholm Elliott and John Mills. Clavell's acclaimed first adventure novel was well regarded by the James Bond novelist Ian Fleming, who provided a favourable supporting blurb for the publisher [Gilbert D29]. The soundtrack to the film was by the Bond film composer John Barry. From the collection of bibliographer Jon Gilbert (pencil ownership within). Item #71263
