London: Pan Books, 1965. [Spy thrillers] Two differing versions of the Ian Fleming novel, film tie-in editions for the 1964 United Artists movie. Slim octavo softcovers (18 x 12cm), pp.223; [1]. Both copies are the nineteen printing (RESET- first thus), with 'Golden Girl' cover art, one being a UK home market copy priced at 3/6, the other is an international copy for export, without a printed price. Minor toning as expected, joints lightly rubbed else clean, bright near fine copies. Two identical printings in slightly different covers. UK editions of Fleming's bestselling James Bond series were imported by numerous British overseas territories across the globe [Gilbert], as demonstrated by the present copies. This pair is from the collection of Fleming bibliographer Jon Gilbert (pencil ownership within). Item #69434
