A complete list of all the books in the Festival of Britain Exhibition of Books, including two items loaned by future 'James Bond' novelist Ian Fleming. Other private lenders included Viscount Kemsley (Sunday Times), J.B. Priestley, Ralph Richardson, Siegfried Sassoon, Walter de la Mare, E.M. Forster, Bernard Darwin and Dame Sybil Thorndike. This catalogue is from the Ian Fleming Bibliographical Archive assembled by Jon Gilbert, with his pencilled ownership to endpaper.
