Publisher's illustrated yellow card wrappers priced at 3/6, and publisher's blue card wrappers designed by Hawkey, unpriced for export. Cheap paper toned as expected, discreet owner names, export copy has been priced for South Africa within, light soiling and a few minor rubs to covers. Very good indeed. This was a transitional printing of the third Bond novel, available with both the illustrated cover or the new Hawkey design. This pair is from the collection of Fleming bibliographer Jon Gilbert (pencil ownership within). Item #69190
