With publisher's printed and typed review slip loosely inserted. A clean, fine copy. A full-price hardback reissue, published 17th January 1966. These editions appeared briefly in the mid 1960s and were easily outsold by the uniform Book Club editions. Second American Edition. This scarce review copy is from the comprehensive bibliographical archive assembled by Jon Gilbert, with his pencil signature within.
