Provenance; Valentine Fleming (1935-2015), nephew of 'James Bond' novelist Ian Fleming. With payment slip inserted 'Mr V.P. Fleming' and holograph ink name 'Fleming TLH' to half title. From the comprehensive bibliographical archive assembled by Jon Gilbert, with his pencilled note within.
