A book of the arts, with contributions by Fred Bason, Laurence Whistler, Joan Hassall, Nancy Spain and others. Richard Chopping, illustrator of the striking dust-jacket, would soon leap to fame, producing the memorable artwork for Ian Fleming's James Bond series. This copy is from the comprehensive archive assembled by Jon Gilbert (pencil signature within). His comprehensive guide to the works of Ian Fleming (2012) won the 16th Breslauer Prize for bibliography. Item #67841
