She eventually became the Duchess of Marlborough, upon marrying John Spencer-Churchill. Her sister Ann married Baron O'Neill (1907-1944), then Viscount Rothermere, whom she divorced in 1951 for novelist Ian Fleming. This copy is from the comprehensive archive assembled by Jon Gilbert (pencil signature within).
