Discreet ink ownership inside cover, contents clean, covers very lightly handled. Fine. The first Pan printing features a supporting quote by Ian Fleming (dropped for this printing). The second printing no has an illustrated 'Travis McGee' advert at rear, plus a listing for James Mayo's 'Shamelady' thriller, likened to Ian Fleming. This copy is from the comprehensive archive assembled by Jon Gilbert (pencil signature within). His encyclopaedic guide to the works of Ian Fleming (2012) won the 16th Breslauer Prize for bibliography. Item #67674
