Originally published in hardcover in 1959 with an essay by Ian Fleming, this 'bible of countless poker players' was not released in paperback in the UK until 1970. From the comprehensive archive assembled by Jon Gilbert (pencil ownership within). His encyclopaedic guide to the works of Ian Fleming (2012) won the 16th Breslauer Prize for bibliography.
