Elegantly hand-bound in half black calf, spine gilt-lettered in six compartments with raised bands, cloth sides, illustrated jacket panel bound in at rear, red endpapers, t.e.g. Contents clean, exterior as new. Only 5000 copies were published. Precedes the American equivalent by nearly one whole calendar year. From the comprehensive archive assembled by Jon Gilbert (pencil signature within). His encyclopaedic guide to the works of Ian Fleming (2012) won the 16th Breslauer Prize for bibliography. Item #67012
