Owner's names to endpaper otherwise a fine, fresh copy. A full-price hardback reissue, published 17th January 1966. These editions appeared briefly in the mid 1960s and were easily outsold by the uniform Book Club editions. Second American Edition. This copy is from the comprehensive bibliographical archive assembled by Jon Gilbert, with his bookplate. His encyclopaedic guide to the works of Ian Fleming (2012) won the 16th Breslauer Prize for bibliography. Item #66311
