[Together with] First paperback version (second impression), for comparison. Both lightly used and handled. A most unusual 'sample' copy of a British 2008 reissue, sent to America and used as an advance or proof copy for their equivalent reissue (published 2009). The 1996 edition, in the original format, is included. This pair is from the comprehensive collection of Jon Gilbert (pencilled signature within). His encyclopaedic guide to the works of Ian Fleming (2012) won the 16th Breslauer Prize for bibliography. Item #66278
