Discreet and faint ink stamp. Publication date 6-9-66 pencilled to fly. Cheap paper toned as expected, covers exceptionally fresh and unworn (usually rubbed). A fine copy. This is Swan Book S-102, understood to be the US version. The Canadian version was designated 112. Both originally retailed at 75c. This copy is from the collection of Ian Fleming bibliographer Otto Penzler, purchased by ourselves at Swann Auctions in 2010, with a pencil note to that effect signed by his friend and colleague Jon Gilbert. Penzler's Mysterious Press, New York, published books by the James Bond continuation novelists John Gardner and Jeffery Deaver. Item #66155
