Limitation leaf on blue paper, signed by Newquist and Mark Van Doren, who wrote the foreword. Publisher's buckram-backed hardcovers, top edge gilt, in original printed slip-case. Contains an interview with the James Bond novelist Ian Fleming. Presentation note from the author to flyleaf "Naomi - / You helped put this / together, you know - / with deepest thanks. // Roy Newquist". Near fine (spine toned), slip case with some edgewear. Journalist and broadcaster Roy Newquist conducted many interviews with leading authors of the day including Truman Capote, James Jones and Harper Lee, being her only recorded interview about 'To Kill A Mockingbird'. Newquist's meeting with Fleming took place in October 1963. The recipient of this copy, Naomi Burton, was a literary agent who ran the New York branch of Curtis Brown, representing novelist Ian Fleming. This later formed part of the comprehensive James Bond collection assembled by Jon Gilbert (with his pencilled notes and ownership signature). His comprehensive guide to the works of Ian Fleming (2012) won the 16th Breslauer Prize for bibliography. Item #65494
