Bound in original blue cloth lettered in yellow to the backstrip, upper cover blocked with 'Cock Robin Thriller' device. A working copy with associated handling and use, some copy editing, offset browning to half title, joints rubbed, worn at crown. Jon Gilbert's file copy, with his pencilled notes and ownership signature. His comprehensive guide to the works of Ian Fleming (2012) won the 16th Breslauer Prize for bibliography. The second James Bond novel. At 5,000 copies, this is actually less common that the UK first impression. Item #65481
