Publisher's pale green cloth blocked in black and white, patterned green endpapers, embroidered head and tail bands. No jacket was issued. A near fine copy, with some usual rubbing/flaking of the blocking design. A 'deluxe hardcover' gift edition with a new introduction, from a small speciality press devoted to books on golf. Now rather scarce. From the comprehensive Ian Fleming bibliographical archive assembled by Jon Gilbert, with his pencilled ownership. Item #65224
