[Film promotion] Withdrawn 2020 release British quad crown 'character' poster for the 2021 UA/UIP film starring Daniel Craig as Ian Fleming's James Bond, produced by Michael G. Wilson's and Barbara Broccoli's EON Productions. DOUBLE-SIDED, Approximate dimensions 40 x 30 inches. This is one of several quads showing main character portraits; this particular artwork features Q (Ben Whishaw). No Time to Die was originally scheduled for completion in November 2019, but was postponed to February 2020 and then to April 2020 after original director Danny Boyle's departure. The first official release date (April) was then cancelled due to the early outbreak of COVID-19 with a potential launch slated for November 2020. In October 2020, No Time to Die was delayed again to 2 April 2021 and was finally rescheduled for 30 September 2021. Never folded, never displayed. Minor handling only with very light edgewear; fine condition (Poster Grade 'A'). Will be despatched rolled, in a substantial card tube. Note on Format; the 'quad' is a horizontal (landscape) view UK movie poster measuring approx. 30 x 40 inches, generally issued folded with one vertical and three horizontal creases. The standard (and most collectible) format for film posters in Britain, being the equivalent of the US 'one-sheet'. In the early 1990's some studios began issuing posters that were printed on both sides (reverse image on verso). This process makes the poster stand out more in a cinema light box display.
